Review the Award Statute

Submit Your Application
When your form and documents are ready, submit them online through the [Online application form ] page or send the documents to segreteria@francescoassisicarloacutisaward.com
Application Submission Format
Due to the increasing number of applications received, often in multiple languages, applications must be submitted in a format that allows them to be processed, translated where necessary, and reviewed efficiently.
Applications should be submitted as either a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) file or an editable/searchable PDF.
Please note:
- Handwritten applications cannot be accepted.
- Scanned or image-only PDF files without OCR (Optical Character Recognition) cannot be accepted. The text within a PDF must be searchable and selectable.
- We will return applications submitted in either format and request resubmission in an acceptable electronic format.
- Applications should be clearly typed and follow the structure and headings provided in the application form.
